From raw steel to final power testing
Each machine and mesh batch passes a documented inspection sequence before shipment.

Raw material verification
Incoming stainless steel and structural materials are checked against specification before production.

In-process machining checks
Dimensions of machined and welded components are measured during fabrication.

Assembly and alignment
Machines are assembled in dedicated bays and aligned to drawing tolerances.

Final power testing
Each unit runs a full power test before packing, with results recorded for the order.
